Our Residences
The Pontesbury Project works closely with the Pontesbury Housing Trust.
The Pontesbury Housing Trust is a registered charity providing accommodation for adults with learning disabilities at reasonable rents. The charity is passionate about enabling people with learning disabilities to live in, and contribute to, the local Community.
The happiness and wellbeing of our tenants underpins the commitment of the Trust to exceed standards. Our priority is to ensure tenants can live as independently as possible in a comfortable and secure environment.
High-Quality Housing
Our properties are all in the Rea Valley area of beautiful Shropshire. All our properties can accommodate support staff to sleep on the premises; many of our properties are customised to meet individual needs with special adaptations where needed. Rents include furniture and intensive management charges, including a 24/7 out-of-hour service.
To ensure that we help those most in need, it is a requirement of our licenses that tenants receive a support package funded by the Local Authority which is delivered by a suitable registered provider.
